Refund & Return Policy
At HaloHomeSet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1. Manufacturer Defects & Shipping Damage
If your order arrives with a manufacturer defect or has been damaged during transit:
Action Required: Please contact us at support@halohomeset.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Evidence: Include clear photos and videos of the damage or defect for verification.
Resolution: Once confirmed, we will provide a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost to you.
2. Returns for Change of Mind or Size
If you wish to return an item for reasons unrelated to quality (e.g., change of mind, style preference, or sizing):
Timeframe: Requests must be made within 30 days of receipt.
Condition: Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original sealed packaging with all tags attached. Crystals or interior components must remain securely wrapped.
Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Exclusions: Custom-made products tailored to your specific requirements cannot be returned.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at support@halohomeset.com. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Required Photos for Return Approval:
Internal: One photo of the item inside its original packaging (if already opened). If the box is still factory-sealed, you do not need to open it for this photo.
External: Photos of the outer packaging from multiple angles. For large items, ensure the photos show that the box is sturdy and not visibly damaged after you have repacked it.
4. Shipping & Logistics
Carrier: You may use your preferred logistics provider at your own cost or use a prepaid label (if provided by us, the cost will be deducted from your refund).
Tracking: After shipping the item, please email us the tracking number.
Address Note: Please do not use P.O. Boxes for returns or deliveries, as most carriers cannot deliver to them.
5. Refunds & Processing Time
Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval.
Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 15 business days.
Deductions: Original shipping costs from our warehouse to your address are non-refundable.
6. Replacements (No Return Required)
If specific parts (such as glass shades or crystals) are damaged during shipping or found defective during installation:
Email support@halohomeset.com with your order number and photos of the specific part.
We will ship replacement parts to you free of charge without requiring you to return the entire fixture.
7. Order Cancellations
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Please note our cancellation windows:
Within 48 hours: Full refund.
After 48 hours: A 25% handling fee will be deducted from your refund as the item has likely entered production or the logistics phase.
After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched.
Important Note: Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. Any claims for damage or missing parts must be reported within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a resolution.
